Melissa joined Kindy in 2023 as an apprentice and has been working towards her L3 Early Years Qualification. Melissa’s interest in early years comes from, being a mum to 2 girls and previously babysitting for her friends children. Melissa loves the outdoors and enjoys seeing the way children are resilient within the environment and how their confidence grows whilst they’re taking risks and challenging themselves.
In her spare time Melissa enjoys going for picnics in the park with her daughters, horse riding and walking in the woods.
